VoIP is the most popular communication vocabulary, its use is becoming more and more widespread, and almost involved of every industry. The Enterprise Group of Distributed IP call center system is the recent rising industry, it brings to the enterprise with new opportunities and operating mode, the output of the enterprise to enhance efficiency, reduce operating costs of enterprises. IP Distributed call centers are now mostly costly and difficult to develop and maintain. This article is based on the environment, used open source soft-switching and VPN systems to build distributed enterprise group IP call center, and adopt a practical case design and implementation was carried out.The cost, security, stability and efficiency are important factors when designing a distributed IP call centers for an enterprise,so improve the efficiency of enterprises based on asterisk and OpenVPN IP distributed call center group is extremely important. The paper, starting from the current reality, describing the current national status of IP distributed call centers, careful analysis of the defects and deficiencies. Proposed use of open source soft-switching (Asterisk) and open source VPN software (OpenVPN) to build distributed enterprise group IP call center solution. The program significantly reduced the cost of the enterprise, enhance the enterprise application of IP for the confidence of the distributed call centers, Contribute IP distributed call center applications in the national promotion.The paper first make a depth presentation to Asterisk and OpenVPN , introduces its main functions and features. In particular, OpenVPN, because of its powerful, simple configuration, so in the article cited the installation and configuration of the main process in order to be more proficient with their functional applications. Then compared the structure of IAX2 protocol and SIP protocol and in the bad network environment was tested,The test result on voice quality indicate that IAX2 protocol is better than SIP . Second, the core of the article on the IP distributed call center architecture design and implementation, including its network security environment, the structures and message processes. In the article, the final chapter, when IAX2 protocol and SIP protocol used as a IP trunk, under the pressure of the test ,to display a result for performance under a variety of indicators.The architecture and implementation of a high-performance enterprise level IP distributed call center based on Asterisk and OpenVPN is presented in this paper. In this system, the OpenVPN to ensure the security of voice transmission and the rule of smart routing to deal with various traffics are adopted, and a kind of communication mode taking IAX2 as relay is proposed. The test result on the CPU usage, load, bandwidth, delay and voice quality indicate that the proposed design can be a good solution to the issues such as voice delay caused by jitter and intermittent phenomenon in the voice transmission comparing to representative solution based on SIP. It can improve the quality of VoIP voice communications.
