In recent years,the types of mobile services have grown significantly,and internal structures have become more complex.In order to meet the needs of enterprise development,the information management system on the internal data network of enterprises has gradually increased,and the degree of electronicization of various services has become more and more perfect.As a result,the staff need a broader range of knowledge and need to know more about the business.But the resolution and collection of the staff demands becomes difficult.The original service support process is complicated and cumbersome,which gradually shows that support capacity and professional level is not enough.Thus,the work efficiency of the enterprise is affected.Aimed at analyzing and researching the service support demand of the enterprise,this paper designs a centralized telephone online acceptance center which supports unified acceptance,directed allocation,effective tracking and realization of end-to-end closed-loop management process for management information system.Therefore,it can effectively solve the demands and collect suggestions,which can alse provide an enterprise internal service support platform with effective service support for each business system.This paper first analyzes the existing problems of the existing service support system of the Mobile Corporation in a certain province,and combines the latest development of internal and foreign service support platform,Vo IP technology and instant messaging technology and the research situation,and carries out the feasibility study of the internal service support system.Then,according to the results of theanalysis,The implementation framework and related technologies used in the system are selected.The basic concepts are briefly introduced,and the application of Asterisk and Openfire technology in system construction is studied in detail.Subsequently,after determining the relevant technology and equipment used,This paper designs system network / host architecture,function architecture,database and so on.All modules of the platform are implemented and tested.The completion of this project has effectively solved the problems existing in the internal service support management of a mobile company in a certain province,and established effective point-to-point contact channels for IT service departments and business departments,which promotes the rapid and effective operation of business processes and improves the user's use.Satisfaction helps companies develop quickly.
