Dissemination And Countermeasures Of Public Opinion In The Microblogging Rumors

Public opinion supervision is an important form to exercise the supervisory rights for our citizens. Due to the rapid development of micro blog in recent years, it has become an important platform for the citizens to exercise the supervisory rights. In the micro blog platform, the rumor is a phenomenon can not be ignored.Firstly,this paper issued that the view of true and the false can not be the definition standard of the rumors, and it will divide a broader scope of the concept for rumors in the micro blog public opinion supervision.True and false as rumors criteria has its logic loopholes from the domestic and international historical research; true and false as rumors criteria not only unable to accurately cover the corresponding information group also may demonized the normal micro blog public opinion supervision.Therefore, this paper defined rumors as supervision sended by unofficial micro blog users. This information is made by news content and there is disagreement in it.It exists in the debate commenced with other news. The end of the rumors is the end of the debate.Secondly, this paper treated opinion leaders as the main line, study the propagation path of the rumors in the activities of public opinion supervision. The opinion leaders play the accelerator and the gatekeeper role in the rumor propagation. Meanwhile, different opinion leaders of different expression behavior excited rumors related micro blog opinion will play the role of collective unconscious or lead to rational thinking.Finally, as the monitoring and control of the rumors, this paper argues that we should rely heavily on self-purification function of micro blog rumor control and should treat the official initiative rumor as a means of guarding the bottom line in a particular case.
