A Study On The Problems And The Countermeasures Of Supervision Of Network Public Opinion

This paper starts with the theory and reality of supervision of network public opinion, discusses the current problems and puts forward the development of countermeasures. This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction, which is a summary of the research and research progress, explaining the purpose of research, research methods and practical significance. Chapter II defines the concept of supervision of network public opinion. The third chapter describes various styles and features of supervision of network public opinion, and points out that with the development of internet, "We Media" expands the forms of supervision; online community has gradually become network supervision's main position; the emergence of micro-blog has changed the pattern of the network public opinion.Chapter IV analysis the effects of supervision of network public opinion. The writer believes that the supervision strengthens the public's dominant position; promotes the development of regional public opinion; effectively contributes to the furtherance of the Government's anti-corruption; and propels the e-government development.Chapter V analyzes the reality problems of supervision of network public opinion, the main issues of which include the uneven development, the false supervision, the anomie of supervision, and the effect by commercial interests.The sixth chapter puts forward the development of countermeasures. The writer brings out four countermeasures: the first countermeasure is to emphasize on ethical and moral construction of the network; the second one is to establish a highly efficient reporting mechanism of network public opinion; the third is to institutionalize "government networks in politics"; the last countermeasure is that we should strengthen the legislation about the supervision of network public opinion to provide legal protection for supervision of public opinion.
