Microblogging Guide Public Opinion Research

The article was based on the background of the We-media Time environment. According to journalism, communication, public opinion theory, it explored the influence which micro-blog bring to public opinion supervision activities. It studies the problems and the causes of problems of supervision activities which people take on micro-blog. This article is also exploring the solutions of how to guide the supervision by public opinion on micro-blog rightly.At the first part of the article, the related situation of micro-blog supervision by public opinion are summarized. The problems which exist on micro-blog supervision by public opinion, such as false information, violent statements, out of bounds trial and public opinion infringement are analyzed.In the second part of the article, the author analyzes that there are many difficulties in guiding the supervision by public opinion on micro-blog and there are also some rules in the guiding process, that is taking that without prejudice to the public interest of the community as the fundamental criteria, taking that pursuit and dissemination of truth as the important goal, taking that no-harming to the enthusiasm and right of the public to speak and participate in the supervision of public opinion as the basic principles, and coordinate and ease mainly, supplemented by the control.Then in the third part which is also the core section of this article, the specific strategies for the guiding of supervision behavior by the public opinion on micro-blog are suggested. The media should make full use of its advantages to find and analyze problems and give the truth to public timely. Then, the opinion leader on micro-blog should use their advantages to guide the public opinion, and make it more rational. The government needs to build a monitoring mechanism of the micro-blog opinion, and make full use of the government micro-blog to disclose information timely to guide public opinion. The specific cases for guiding the supervision by public opinion on micro-blog should be collected and analyzed, which can provide more references for government. It’s also necessary to improve the micro-blog identity management constantly and optimize management measure of micro-blog. In addition, the micro-blog legal mechanism of supervision by public opinion should be restrained, too.
