As a core industry in the country, bank plays a vital role in the national economicdevelopment and nation-building process. Being a large enterprise, the bank has a lot ofemployees, a large volume of business and complex management processes. So how toimprove work efficiency will directly affect the bank’s ability to compete in the market. To be an important means to improve the day-to-day work and management efficiencyin the banking sector, information technology has also been widely used in thebanking’s electronic billing, e-banking and the bank clearing syetem. Office automationsyetem will directly enhance the bank’s day-to-day office efficiency.By the analysis of the organization structure and work processes of the bank, thesubject combines the standardized business processes and software engineering theorytogether to determine the logical structure of business object and function module.Through standardizing the bank’s work objects and modular workflow to determine thesystem requirements analysis and taking full advantage of the object-orientedprogramming ideas to determine four business subsystems (the documents informationmanagement subsystem, administrative supervision subsystem, public servicessubsystem and the management subsystem.), the subject completes the integration of thevarious functional modules(the management ducument, the management records, scheduling, work supervision, vehicle management, conference management and so on)and finally combines with the actual situation of the banking network and networksecurity theory. Finally, the office automation system achieves the actual deployment ofthe system, the digitization of the office business object, the informationization of theoffice business process and the humanization of the management system.Through studying the branches of the day-to-day office business processes, thisissue ultimately completes the branch office management system. By the deploymentand practical application of the system, the subject verifies the technical theory in theresearch process and finds the inadequacies of the research studies.
