Based on the development of management system of the Lhasa Center for Disease Control and Prevention, this thesis first describes in detail the epidemic information management status and existing problems of current public health and disease control and prevention in China, and summarized the importance and purpose, the goals and tasks, guiding ideology and guiding principles for the public health and disease control and prevention of epidemic information management system.Second, this thesis designs the digital management of epidemic situation information system LSCDC system about the system architecture, environment, the characteristics; At the same time, this article designs system for data exchange, software architecture, application software, system management, user management and introduces the running environment of the system, interface design and system testing. LSCDC digital epidemic management information system uses the modular structure and the hardware architecture of multi-tier architecture construction Web Browse/Server model. According to the IEEE802standards, the network takes advantage of ATM technology and the workstation employs standard network. PowerBuilder10is the major development tools in MS SQL Server20/Oracle database. This system includes a series of data about e-government, the epidemic disease control and public health emergency, which are unified deployment on the database server. The e-government and epidemic data from the superior public health database, City Health Bureau related database and grassroots units report data, through a system of mining, integration, formed the reported data and public service information dealt with by the system for mining, integration. The system has the features of sharing, security, openness, scalability. Currently in Lhasa CDC runs successfully, in a complete platform to achieve information technology, digital, network management, with information processing functions, system functions, management functions and communication functions.On the basis of study on domestic and foreign public health information theory, this thesis designs the overall scheme and the mode of digital epidemic case management information system design of LSCDC, putting forward public health information constructed strategy. At the same time, we establish the digital management of epidemic situation information system for the actual situation in Lhasa. Through research on the digital management of epidemic situation information system LSCDC, we hope to provide a reference with public health information construction in China.
