Regional Public Health Service Information Management System Based On SAAS

Public health information management system for regional health archives based, vulnerable populations and disease population as the focal point, covering nine content management of basic public services in the country, realize the integration of family medicine, health management and IT technology, provides the dynamic electronic management for the residents’ health care, public health service management standardization, science, humanization. The system architecture on the health of the human body, to the health of the people as the starting point, through the stages of life, health and disease of human and health interventions(or health services), three aspects of system architecture plays an internal organizational logic frame. The system architecture is used for health information, detailed, comprehensive, rich effect describing people, miscellaneous information on the connection between human health archives parts and each part is described. The system architecture of the time sequential, logical and strong and distinct levels, it is through the use of the organization law of certain various health problems facing human life are summarized, corresponding to the recorded health service activities and other information, these information are classified by the scientific method, so that the information can achieve the orderly, integrated, hierarchical.The system as the implementation of the national basic public health services of the powerful management tools, data normalization, standardization, and establish a simple and practical, based on the health records of basic public health service management platform, and of the provinces, municipalities, county health departments rapidly in medical research, scientific decision, etc to provide accurate and effective real-time data. Design mainly adopts the solution based on the SAAS platform, using the JAVA programming language and database system. Through the analysis of the system and detailed design, and the system was tested and pass the test proved that the system can achieve the desired purpose.In this thesis, the design of the area of public health service information management system based on SAAS, with characteristics of high reliability, strong real-time performance, high flexibility, has extensive practical popularization value. At the same time, the system design plan to the personnel engaged in related research has certain reference value.
