Research On The Construction Of Public Health Information Literacy Evaluation Index System Based On Public Health Emergencies

Public health emergencies mainly include infectious diseases,severe food poisoning and other events,which are characterized by suddenness and rapid transmission.The outbreak of these events will cause serious harm to people's health.In recent years,repeated public health emergencies have brought the whole society into a state of national anti-epidemic.People have a strong demand for information needed to prevent public health emergencies,maintain their own health,and epidemic dynamics.Health information literacy refers to a series of abilities that individuals realize their own health information needs,select possible information sources to obtain information,evaluate and screen health information,select the health information they need,and then make health decisions.In the context of public health emergencies,if the public can be aware of their health information needs,quickly find and identify health information,and make effective use of health information,they can improve their self-treatment and protection capabilities and improve their own health.Based on the theory of social cognition,the theory of knowledge,belief and behavior,and the theory of information dissemination,this paper firstly constructs a health information literacy evaluation index system based on public health emergencies;secondly,the weights of indexes at all levels were determined by using the analytic hierarchy process;then,a questionnaire was made on this basis to verify the feasibility of the evaluation index system;finally,the collected data were statistically analyzed,draw conclusions and make corresponding recommendations.This research can not only make people understand their health information literacy level in response to public health emergencies,but also provide a basis for the government and various institutions to carry out health information literacy education and related work on health information literacy,and also provide a basis for improving public health information literacy in my country level made a positive contribution.
