With the continuous improvement of science and technology, the applicationtechnology of computer is maturing. System of salary management has become anindispensable part of business for managing scientifically, it can provide sufficientinformation and efficient query means to users. Use the computer to manage salaryinformation, retrieval rapidly, find easy, high reliability, and storage capacity,confidentiality, and it can greatly improve the efficiency of the salary management, andit also is important conditions to manage scientifically and standardized.The system is based on B/S mode, and using ASP and SQL Server2008fordevelopment, its security and portability is better, meet the requirements of salarymanagement of immigration office QIANXINAN. After actual analysis, combined theactual personnel and finance system, analyzing a series of questions, for example, thesituation and development of database technology, the selection principle of databasesystems, the principle of systems development, and so on, the development platform ofthe system has determined. The main work including:(1)Before the design and development of customer relationship managementsystem, research the concept of the system, the background and status of research, andthe technology.(2)In the course analysis and design portion of the system, finished the needsanalysis and feasibility study for the realization and development of the system. Detailthe requirements analysis, feasibility studies, system functions, and database design ofthe system. Analyze architecture, modules, and some modules flowchart of the systemby chart. The functional mode included employee information, statistics, attendance,calculation of wages, to query wages and export payroll, in immigration officeQIANXINAN. The part of the system including add users and change the password.(3)In the implementation of the system, firstly, select the B/S mode. The tool ofdevelopment is ASP.NET, presentation layer, function layer, data layer is its threeinstitutions. The presentation layer on the ASP page; functional layer is implemented bythe WEB server, with the extended application; data layer is implemented by the database server. The double user right, including database-level and system-level,ensure the security of the system.(4)The system was tested and given a specific test steps and run results. And testedthe user interface, server interface, browser compatibility, system security, fault-tolerantprocessing. The system is running well.In short, this paper introduces the development of the corporate payrollmanagement system of the background database design and front-end applicationinterface design, to meet the requirements of the corporate salary management.
