For enterprises, the company’s most valuable resource is human resources, it isalso a lifeline of enterprise "". While the priority among priorities of human resourcemanagement and salary management. With the continuous development of thedomestic economy, the size of the company is growing, the number of employees hasincreased, the wage management is relatively more complicated and cumbersomebefore. Wage management needs and associated personnel management, attendance,rewards and punishment, and connecting hours allowance and medical insurance andso on, the basic wages, allowances, medical insurance, to generate business for eachemployee’s insurance, the actual payment of wages. The early wages are paid and theuse of artificial processing material, not only the financial officers spent a lot of timeand difficult to preserve, often due to personal factors copying carelessness ornegligence of the calculation, payment of wages in the wrong phenomenon. The earlywages management adopts the material and has the strong time constraints. Based onthe above reasons the electronical wages management, can make the head of humanresources fully emerged from the complicated management work, so they have moretime and ability to achieve the needs of human. Design and implementation of thesalary management system for the graduation design topic of the enterprise is small,the system development technology used for the VB language. The system wedesigned five modules, respectively is:1employee information management module,this module mainly realizes the staff personal information input and modification;2ofthe wage setting module, this module realizes setting each worker wage;3of wagesetting management module, this module is the employees to achieve wageassessment management;4payroll module, this module is approved by employeewages;5staff wages query module, this module to complete the staff wages queryprint function. Through the design and development of these modules and therealization of the system. This thesis is in the development process of the system of writing is divided intoseven chapters. The first chapter introduces the theoretical knowledge of thegraduation design topic background and salary management system; demand andfeasibility analysis of the second chapter is developed for the system; the systemstructure and function of the third chapter analysis and design; the overall design, thesystem of fourth chapters including the database structure and the detailed design, thecode the fifth chapter for the realization of the system; the use of technology areintroduced detailed theory; the sixth chapter introduces the system testing andmaintenance work; the seventh chapter is the evaluation of the finished the system.Finally, this thesis independent creation.
