Design And Implementation Of The Jinhua Municipal Public Security Bureau Personnel Management System

For the positive response of the public security organs who put forward the call and the request,"promote the building of police team regularization vigorously, improve the level of the public security work and the combat effectiveness of the police team",the public security organs across the country has carried on the exploration in many aspects, such as the topic of scientific management of public security forces and team construction of regularization etc. The public security organs of Jinhua advanced the management pattern of "refinement" in team in-depth in the city, the political department took the leader of carrying out the management information systems’ research and development work of "refinement" in team, depending on an intuitive, convenient and systematic information platform to bring all work of the team management’s implementation.This study is carried out under the above background, according to the specific requirements of the public security work under the new situation and combined with the situation of Jinhua, this article included the following four aspects mainly:1、Studying the related theory and application of the refined management, especially the related literature and case studies of refined management in the police team across the country, and summarizing the experiences and lessons of the refined management’s practices at home and abroad, to do a good job of preparing for the refined management system development.2、Studying the main functions and designed goal of the refined management system in team that is based on the model of B/S in detail, combined with the related daily work content, rules and regulations of the local team management, and establishing the refined management system’s development principles and related modules under the guidance of the concept of the refined management.3、Putting forward the key technology involved, development platform, and operating environment of implement system,parsing the cutting edge of technology that this system involves at home and abroad, and explaining why to choose this technology platform and the advantages of this technology platform. Mainly it includes the database modeling technology, the Web server application design technology, simple client interaction, etc.4、Studying the development tool, the basic platform, system running environment etc that building the system development pattern, explaining the refined management system systematically, logically, emphasizing the internal relations between each module, each level.This system adopts B/S three-tier architecture, using the Asp.Net development, has the high security and platform portability。At the same time, this paper has certain reference significance on elaboration and classification of a certain level of the public security organs’ daily work under the concept of the refined management.
