A Study On Issues Of Team Management During The R&D Of Large-scaled Industrial Software In H Company

The development of large-scale industrial software is a project that involves multiple disciplines and goals.It also reflects the informationization level of a nation.The number of personnel that in participation of such project is huge and these personnel usually come from various areas of expertise.Therefore,it is necessary to use scientific management for the whole R&D team in order to help new-comers fit in quickly,construct reasonable team organization structure,increase the communication efficiency,shorten the R&D cycle,and ensure the project shall finish on time.The main work and production of the paper are as follows:1.First of all,the R&D management issues existed in the current R&D team are analyzed and summarized.The result indicates that the most urgent issues to be solved by the department are the issue of new staff training as well as the optimization issue in R&D process.2.Secondly,combining with the actual requirement of work in the department,a scheme of department training system centered on the PDCA(Reaction,Learning,Behavior,and Result)circle is studied and proposed.By referring to the existing successful cases and experiences that utilize IPT theory,oriented by product demand,an organization structure is designed and a collaborative work plan is proposed based on IPT theory.3.Finally,verification process is proceeded in the department according to the designed department training system and the optimization scheme of team organization structure.The training system is tested and the training effect is evaluated quantitatively by the satisfaction degree of training,the training examination results as well as the task completion quality.The influence of R&D efficiency in IPT organization structure is evaluated quantitatively by the number of iterations per task and the task developing cycle,and then compared with the traditional organization structure.The result verifies that the scheme proposed in the paper is both effective and feasible for solving the management issues existed in the current R&D team.The conclusion of the paper has certain theoretical and practical significance on the exploration of how large-scale industrial software R&D team coordinates resources,ensures the progress of the project and Improve team development capability by management.
