Power Supply Company Quality Control Group Activities Management System Design And Implemenation

In enterprise field, QC (Quality Control) means the technology&management control activity that aims to reach and keep quality. It makes adverse effect on QC team and its management, construction, due to original and extensive QC team activity in domestic enterprise. Thus management standard which suits QC team establishment&activity is quite urgent and necessary. According to present situation of QC team management, in connection with the demands of QC team management in Power Supply Company of Weifang:(1) Through decades of development, registered QC team has reached323till2010year, including City Bureau&its8county Bureau. In this case, the demand of management increases day by day.(2) Because QC team locates in different areas, it is difficult to give face-to-face assistance.(3)QC team activity is in low quality due to lack of guidance, in terms of: unstandard activity procedure, shortage of QC tools application, mistakes of QC tools application, lack of data collecting&analysis.(4)Team members spend great energy on drawing graphs, tool application, data judgment&achievement file sorting. To strength management of QC team activity has become the key to increases the quality of QC Team activity.This thesis is committed to management methods for electric enterprises, raising the effectiveness, timeliness, quality control force of QC team activity, ect. By building a management system which is suitable for the present situation of Chinese electric enterprise, QC team could manage the process well in the electric enterprise.This thesis is based on QC team activity procedure at home and abroad; analysis&researching of present management; combining the real needs of Chinese electric enterprises, then designing and achieving a whole management system for Powder Supply Company. This system applies popular B/S structure, Development platform is J2EE, The backstage database is SQL Server2000, and Software development tool is Java. All these aim to build up inner Internet server, then to manage QC team quality dynamic on a full range&whole process.QC team activity of Powder Supply Company divides into several functional modules:Team management, Topic management, Activity management, Achievement management, Comprehensive searching, and System management. This mainly refers to QC Team’s registration&examination, topics’selecting&examination, process of activity, experts’ comments, generation of final achievements, achievements searching&administrator management. In a word, it is a practical QC Management platform.
