Design And Implementation Of Evaluation System For The Teachers’ Scientific Research Performance Based On JAVA

With the further development of the informatization of campus, computers takingpalace of manual management, comprehensive exploration and implementing theinformatization of scientific research achievement have become one of the significantsubjects of schools. Up to now, Chengde, Cuiqiao Middle School has never contact withany form of teachers’ scientific research performance evaluation system and it is a freshthing for the school. Making the advantage of the existing software, hardware andnetwork resources, without too much investment, this subject start with the actual needsof our school and explore a functional and all-purpose scientific research performanceevaluation system which can achieve the management and evaluation of projects, inorder to increase the efficiency of scientific research performance evaluation.This paper follows the design idea of software, combining the development need ofChengde, Cuiqiao Middle School, and research on the users, structure and data ofteachers’ scientific research performance evaluation system and then designs themodeling process of middle and small size evaluation system. This article firstintroduces the background of topic, and then analyses the requirement of the teachers’scientific research performance evaluation system from the aspects of demand,background, users, feasibility, index and function. Next, it introduces the keytechnology in the system application and states the characteristics of this technology, ofwhich focuses on B/S Structure, JAVA Technology. Then according to the technology,functional module which is needed in the system is designed, including users demand,login, information modification, business process and evaluation management. Andcase diagram, sequence diagram, block diagram and flow chart of the system are drawnand database structure and the system database table was designed by the use ofMySQL database technology. Finally, considering the realization of the system, thepaper analyses the most popular three-combination-framework exploration technologyof Struts, Spring and Hibernate based on J2EE framework, distribution management andtransfer process of data based on SSH Framework Technology of three layer systemstructure(presentation layer, business layer and persistence layer), reaching the achieving goal of the system.Through the design above, the functions required by the system is implementedsuccessfully. In addition, in the development process of scientific research performanceevaluation system, security policy and technical feasibility of the system are considered,privilege management and database backup and restore functions of the system aredesigned and the security of the system are fully guaranteed.The practice of this development shows that, by using this system, daily workprocess can be simplified, work efficiency can be increased and scalability andmaintainability can be improved. The system meets the requirements of school’sscientific research performance evaluation basically and realizes the quantitativemanagement of scientific research achievements effectively.
