Exploring and implementing the Scientific Research Achievement Management System information is becomes an important item of college, which with the development of campus's information system. This thesis just aimed at the present needs of the management of scientific research system in Jiangxi Agricultural University, it coming with the network revolution of scientific research's practice of Jiangxi Agricultural University, and its purpose is to explore a Scientific Research Achievement Management System which can work for the management of item and devotion, etc. Let we study how to use the limit source of computer information and network, without the situation of many devotion, to establish a management system of scientific research which suit for most people, and infirm the quality of scientific research examination and progress the affliction of research management work.During the process of building a management system of scientific research, we based on take full use of the Unified Modeling Language (UML). It combined with piratical project, from demand to systematic design, a detailed model is made. The work of thesis mainly explains as follows:1. In view of existing situation of college, a suitable scientific management system is developed. The management system includes nine parts: user management, file management, project management, achievement management, outlay management, Statistics percentile and maintain subsystem, all needs searching management and system protection management. The management system meets basically requirements of college and the function is very well.2. It improves the developing process of UML which based on the analysis and combined with the real project of UML. Under the situation of satisfied the software project, it rise up a UML model which suit for middle and small information management system.3. In order to make full use of present computer and network sources, and under careful study of different system platform, it use B/S system make the system safer.4. In the development of scientific management system, we take the safe policy and technical feasibility into count. Authority management and functions of backup and restore for Database make the system safer.
