The Analysis And Design Of MVC-based Scientific Achievement Management System

Scientific Achievement Management is embodied in every procedure ofmanaging various information on scientific achievements, which can fully utilizescientific achievements and play an important role in scientific innovation. TakingBeijing Academy of Science and Technology (BJAST) as an example, this paperintroduces the analysis and design of MVC-based (Model-View-Controller) ScientificAchievement Management System.Targeting on Scientific Achievement Management Informationization, this paperaims at thorough requirements analysis of Scientific Achievement ManagementInformationization of BJAST. The system being discussed below can achieve thefunction of declaring, auditing, accumulating, retrieving, counting and publishingscientific achievements and provide different authorities to varied users, which givesfull support to the scientizaiton and informationization of Scientific AchievementManagement.During the design and development, I am in charge of trimming the currentsituation of scientific achievements of BJAST, analyzing the role and task ofScientific Achievement Management, standardizing and optimizing business processand designing part of the system.The System is able to achieve the informationization and standardization ofScientific Achievement Management, which is effective in enhancing managementlevel and efficiency of BJAST, improving the technology transfer channels andaccelerating scientific achievement transformation.
