Then we build the system transaction model, object interaction model, object behavior model, and draw relevant class diagrams, sequence diagrams and state diagrams. After these analysis work, we use the object oriented design methods to structure the system, design the layers and packages, and build the system construction combined the three-layer with MVC pattern to separate the system business logic layer from view layer and data layer. It embodies the philosophy of modularity, and decrease coupling degree of system. Then design the class and database logic. At last,in the system implementation stage, we code and test in the configured system environment and implement functions.This personnel management information system is based on the actual demand of Chengdu Shuangliu integrated bonded zone management committee, in order to change the status which HR assistants are busy with heavy and disordered personnel affairs, and to increase efficiency.
