Human resource management is also so, caused the enterprise management difficult, low efficiency.With the development of computer technology, information technology to speed up the process, the computer in the business management the application popularization, many enterprises have realized the management of information technology to establish an advanced enterprise management information system has become a trend. For the complexity of human resources management, establish effective personnel management system becomes very urgent. Make full use of computer support enterprises to efficiently complete the personnel resources management of day-to-day affairs, to improve the management level, is adapted to the requirements of modern enterprise system, it is the traditional personnel management mode innovation, is promotes the enterprise personnel information moves toward science to change, standardization is the important factor, contribute to the decision-making enterprises to make decision and management.This paper discusses the enterprise personnel management system for the background, present situation at home and abroad, and the research significance, introduced the system design in the use of the method and related technology. In strict accordance with the software engineering methods, and use the object-oriented analysis and design methods, the design of the system model and database. To take into account the enterprise personnel management system, the enterprise’s actual need, highlight the needs analysis, using UML modeling, a detailed description of the system analysis, design and implementation process.The system adopts layered design idea, uses the optimal object oriented three layer B/S architecture development. Based on.NET2008platform, Visual C#programming language to realize the whole system program design, using a database of MS SQLServer2005to complete the storage of data, use the ADO.NET database access technology and SQL Server2005database management technology. The use of Dreamweaver design system interface, using the. NET Banner technology.The system includes seven modules, is a powerful, interface friendly, operation simple, efficient, unified style of enterprise personnel management platform. In the promotion of enterprises toward standardization and science at the same time, greatly reduce the labor intensity of working personnel management, improve management efficiency, quality and level.
