Just-in-time Procurement Oriented Supply Chain Management System Of Consumer Electronics Enterprises

At present, China's consumptive electronics manufacture enterprises faces the increasingly fierce international competition. The Just-In-Time purchasing system based on supply chain management will be helpful for enterprises to build up the good cooperative relationship with suppliers. This system can reduce stock and procurement costs, improve supply flexibility, enhance procurement efficiency, and respond the requirement of customers quickly, so it is an important approach of improving core competition.Combining the engineering practices of Qingdao Hisense Electric Co., Amoi Electronics Co. Ltd, and Lenovo Mobile Communication Technology Co. Ltd, a Just-In-Time purchasing system of the consumptive electronics manufacturing supply chain system is researched deeply and systematically.By analyzing current business purchasing flow and purchasing systems, many disadvantages of them are summarized. In order to solve these disadvantages, a new business process of procurement supplier chain management is put forward, which is one of the Just-In-Time purchasing process. This process uses "shipping schedule" to guide vendors delivering materials. By separating receiving management and purchase order management of materials, this process consists of the basis of Just-In-Time purchasing.Aiming at requirement of typical enterprise, the process of procurement supply chain is researched more detailed, and the framework of procurement supply chain system is given and seven function modules, including purchase management, material planning and shortage calculation, shipping schedule management, delivery management and so on, are designed.Based on Microsoft .NET multi-tiered Web Services architecture, a procurement supply chain system are developed, implemented and tested, some problem in establishment of system are also discussed.This system has been applied to some consumptive electronics manufacturing enterprises, and has been gained much achievement and brought many benefits for those enterprises. The implementation of this system offers some useful Just-In-Time purchasing software for electronic enterprises and also has some important reference value for other types of enterprises.
