Today,with the continuous improvement of the social and economic level,more and more people begin to contact the computer and Internet technology.With the further development of computer technology,the big enterprises in our country have also established their own information systems,such as Public automation system,human resource management system,the establishment of information systems greatly improve the efficiency of the enterprise,reduce the cost of enterprise work.It is of great significance for the enterprise.The so-called electronic purchase is to interconnect all the roles of purchasing activities in the whole procurement business,to complete the various procedures of the procurement work through the information system and the Internet,and to leave the purchase records in the information system.The electronic procurement system is produced with the rapid development of the computer and network technology.A new purchase system for goods.For power supply companies,the development and deployment of electronic procurement system to achieve the company's daily procurement standardization and process.Based on B/S architecture,this paper designs and develops the electronic purchasing system of power supply company by using Java EE technology.The first is to study the current situation of electronic procurement and the problems faced by the power supply company,consult the relevant technical documents on electronic procurement at home and abroad,and put forward a solution to the electronic procurement work of the power supply company.The feasibility of the development of electronic procurement system is determined.Two the related technologies involved in the development of electronic procurement system are analyzed.The Java EE technology and ASP.NET technology commonly involved in the current software development are compared,and the Java EE technology is selected in combination with the actual situation of the power supply company and the information system.And related technology;three is based on the actual situation of my work in the power supply company,and combined with the communication with the staff of the company procurement department to determine the system requirements,and use the form of use case to describe the system requirements,and determine the system's non functional requirements;four is the overall design of the system,according to the system.The system is divided into seven functional modules and completed the design of the functional modules of the system.The system architecture and network topology are completed.The database design is completed according to the system data model.Five,the detailed design of the system is completed,and the specific design of the system in the system is detailed.The process is described.In the environment of My Eclipse,the system is encoded with Java language,and the whole procurement system is realized at last.Six is the test of the system,and the function and performance described in the system requirements are tested to ensure that the system can meet the requirements of the user.After the development of the system,it has been deployed and trial run,and the system is running steadily.The system realizes the 7 research goals.It can realize the information and paperless procurement service of the power supply company,and then improve the efficiency of the purchasing department of the power supply company.
