At present, China’s financial insurance market has become increasingly mature, competition between the insurance companies, resulting in the fierce competition of insurance finance. In this context, how to enhance the soft power of the insurance company, enhance the comprehensive competitiveness, becomes suspends in front of a subject. Now the management of insurance company diversification, and staff to more and more high expectations of occupation career, many employees due to the lack of systematic training, can not adapt to the all-round development of the insurance industry on the requirements, the future occupation career disappointment, and then weaken the culture and value identity of insurance companies, causing turnover. Local talent loss for insurance companies is a great loss, therefore, it is necessary to rely on traditional manual management on the basis of further development and design, training management system, in order to improve the training efficiency, enhance the system utilization rate, enhance the training effect.In view of the insurance company staff training needs, this paper explored the training mode to fit the development of the insurance company. Firstly, based on the careful arrangement and detailed analysis on new staff training on the original business process, this paper reengineered the business process. Then through the detailed mapping of the use case diagram, package diagram, function entity class relationship graph analysis function analysis and the data of the new system, and designed database tables. At the end of may exist in the system development problems are analyzed, and the prospect of development of system of the effects.The new system development to the insurance company the human resources department, employees will achieve win-win results, the human resources department saves management costs, improve management efficiency, new employees can according to their own needs, combining with the actual working conditions to arrange study time, improve the learning initiative, and able to work and training time is reasonable distribution, do the work and learning with both hands, both hands is not wrong, to effectively meet the insurance company’s daily work and training requirements.
