With the accelerated process of social information, as the collection, collation, storageand transmission of human culture, knowledge and information, libraries face manychallenges. Surge in the amount of information, the information in various forms, the readerneeds more individualized. In response to the environment and changes in demand, the causeof the library. develop further. There is a growing awareness of the sense of fairness,organizational citizenship behavior are important factors in the development of library. In thispaper, based on a comprehensive analysis of three connotations of organizational justice,organizational citizenship behavior and job performance, how library organization fair sensethrough organizational citizenship behavior impacts on job performance is empiricallyelaborated.In the course of the study, we distribute a questionnaire to the librarians of differentlevels of education, work experience, duties and library types. By factor analysis, regressionanalysis, and other data analysis methods, the correlation of organizational justice,organizational citizenship behavior and job performance is verified. Conclusions are drawn asfollows:(1) there is a positive correlation between organizational justice and job performance.Improving library employees organizational justice perception help to improve theperformance of their work.(2) There is a significant positive correlation betweenorganizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. There is a positive correlationbetween procedural fairness and interpersonal fairness and organizational citizenship behavior.(3) There is a significant positive correlation between organizational citizenship behavior andjob performance, and improving the level of OCB of the library staffs can improve their jobperformance.(4) Organizational citizenship behavior plays a part of the intermediary rolebetween organizational justice and job performance, the theoretical model of this paper isestablished. In addition, the article also discussed how to enhance effective guidance oforganizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior to help librarians have goodperformance in terms of work.
