In our city construction,The Profile play an important role, with thorough of China’scity construction, high precision, high quality of the Profile growing demand, cuttingmachine automation level directly related to the Profile production quality. In that case,when improving the movement speed curve of cutting machine, this task also strives tomake the system handle the outside interference factors itself. Based on intelligent controltechnology, this task mainly work on several following aspects to improve the cuttingquality and precision of the cutting machine.1) Through research the domestic and foreign of the cutting machine control system,understand the Profile cutting machine work principle and process flow, combined withthe actual situation of our country, analyzes the control system of the key problems,According to the shortcomings of the traditional PID regulation, determine applied thefuzzy control theory in cutting machine control system.2) Analysis the existing of the cutting machine curve walking problems detailed, andputs forward sine speed curve model, and make a step further research about its realizationways, speed signal acquisition, and how to realize the accuracy of infinitely variablespeed.3) Analyzes the principle of the control cutting machine system, puts forward threeclosed-loop control principle, through derivation of the three closed control loop, find outthe best current and speed control strategy, to research about position loop, introducingfuzzy PID conditioning control device to achieve its operation process, and simulation.4) Through analysis the work principle and cutting process, relying on S7-200,analyzed and design its hard/software, and finally achieve all of the function.Due to the limited ability, subject also has research direction to be further improved.Speed acquisition optimization selection of components, for example, cutting machinecutting the influence of environment on cutting and cutting parameters online adjustmentproblems need further research.
