Completed the main tasks and got the achievements as follows:1.Through analysing the paper cutting machine's working principle and the production technique, knew the mechanical stepless control mode of paper cutting machine has many faults, such as speed adjustment scope is limited and error is big , synchronization control precision is bad, adjustment is difficult, machinery wears to the precision effects great and so on, which caused paper cutting repetitive error to increase, when changed paper cutting length, the synchronization control adjustment is difficult. According to these questions, designed the new electrical control system plan through frequency conversion and velocity modulation synchronization control, and completed the concrete design.2.Based on the analysis of the 2640 cylinder paper cutting machine's working principle, proposed a synchronization control method based on the fuzzy PID, solved the conventional PID parameters revision to be inconvenient and control precision bad questions.3.According to the control program and the proposed control algorithm design ed the system's control program, operated and run the monitoring software. 4.Has completed the control algorithm simulation work, based on this has carried on the system debugging. Through the analysis of debugging result, the new control system satisfied the request.
