Population has always been the concern of China and the world majordevelopment issues. At present, our country comprehensively promote the totalpopulation information management application system, Basically established at theprovincial level based on the application of the full population informationmanagement system, indicates that the population information system construction inChina has made considerable progress, but due to various reasons, the populationinformation resources not sharing, information coverage, accuracy, rate of change in atimely manner is not high. So it is necessary to proceed from the overall populationinformation management system designed to meet the demand for the country as awhole. The construction of population information collection and service system, isthe base construction of the national population database of all staff, is also animportant resource to build support of population and family planning departments atall levels across the country based information system data, is an important resourcefor population-based information services that is to provide by population and familyplanning departments or other relevant departments.Through the research projects can be more reasonable and effective managementof the country’s population, more convenient and efficient construction andmaintenance of the national population database, faster and more efficient propulsionaround the national population and family planning departments at all levels of basicinformation system in the building. In this paper, the main work and innovations areas follows:1) This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the full populationinformation collection and service system, because of the population has a strongliquidity, but housing is relatively basic, stable elements, this paper aims by way ofhousing management, community as a unit, the establishment of housing attributeinformation corresponding geographic Housing database, registration andmanagement staff housing activities at the same time, communities will aggregateinformation for unified management. It will be full demographic informationacquisition Community information collection platform and full populationinformation service platform and services system is divided into two parts.Community information collection platform using C/S architecture, community housing, population and other basic information entry and management, throughdeployment communities terminal. Overall population information service platform asthe National Population and Family Planning Commission departments unifiedmanagement platform for demographic information, using the B/S architecture basedon J2EE.2) This paper introduces the design and implementation of content of populationinformation service platform of population information collection and service system.Population information service platform uses the most popular SSH framework(Struts+Spring+Hibernate), its main purpose is to communicate with the communityplatform to achieve the information sharing and updating, implementation ofpopulation information management. According to the demand analysis design, theplatform is divided into login module, information management module, thecommunity population management module, statistics analysis module, data exchangemodule, system management module. This paper elaborates on the six modules.3) The population statistics as a function of the population informationmanagement, is an important basic work for the State Administration and socialadministration. This paper has summarized the demographic information through thepopulation information service platform, to carry on the statistical analysis ofdemographic information, statistical results by GIS (Geographic Information System,geographic information system) is on display, management of demographicinformation more reasonable and intuitive.
