In recent years,as the wages of IT personnel continue to increase,the labor costs of software companies have also increased year by year,resulting in higher and higher costs for software customization development.In addition,with the rise of the main body of IT professionals and freelancers,their personal needs and the balance between work and life are also changing.In this environment,only by understanding the needs and motivations of employees and formulating incentive policies to meet their needs can they motivate and promote their behavior.Compensation incentives are an important part of the company's incentives.How to effectively formulate compensation incentives affects the work behavior of employees to a large extent.Company G is a small private enterprise engaged in software product development.Software R&D personnel are the most important source of company G's profits.Similar to other software development companies,software R&D personnel's salary expenditure accounts for the largest proportion of company G's overall expenditure.of.Remuneration incentives for software R&D personnel not only involve the company's expenditures,but are also closely related to the development of the company.It is one of the most important issues in corporate management.This article takes G company as the research object,understands the current status of the G company's software R&D staff salary incentive through questionnaires,explores the problems in the G company's software R&D staff salary incentive,and details the reasons for the problems.Finally,combined with the theory of salary incentives and the actual situation of the company,an optimization plan is proposed.In the research sense,this paper studies and optimizes the salary incentive of G company software R&D personnel.On the one hand,it can improve the work performance of G company's in-service software R&D personnel.On the other hand,it can also attract outstanding external talents and improve G company.Core competitiveness.In addition,this article has certain reference and reference significance for software R&D companies similar to G company in optimizing R&D staff salary incentives.
