The Flexible Point(FP) is a functional point which is able to generates flexiblechange, and acts as measure unit to Flexible Point Manipulation Difficulty(FPMD).FPMD refers to minimum manipulation ability to make FP to produce flexible change.Flexible point handle complexity (FPHC) reflecting FP’s level and Flexible Point OperateComplexity (FPOC) reflecting FP’s interface jointly achieve measurement to FPMD.Effective and objective measurement results can help developers divide level of FP, andguide developers to obtain easily operating interface of FP, which reduce the difficulty toFPMD and profit the system to bring better services to users.In order to make the measurement results as objective as possible, the paper exploresevaluation factor set and algorithm of FPMD’s metric model, and researches meteringprocess.Firstly, expand and optimize principles of the recognizing FP, and propose methods toconstruct the measurement model of FPOC. State the concept of Practical SoftwareMeasurement and its elements, and define constitute elements of metric model framework;Researching features, attributes, and level of software flexibility, expand and optimizeprinciples of the recognizing FP; Present Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to buildFPOC’s measurement model, which contains the Fuzzy Delphi method and FuzzyAnalytic Hierarchy Process method, and its advantages is analyzed through comparisonwith other methods.Secondly, construct the measure model of FPMD and verify its validity withexamples. Respectively build metrics model to FPOC and FPHC,and organize metricsmodel to FPMD according to Practical Software Measurement; On the basis ofimplementing measure instances, standardize the measurement process, and verify themodel of validity.Thirdly, algorithms about constructing metric model of FPOC are given in theMATLAB code. Deliberate fuzzy Delphi and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process containedin the metric model of FPOC are studied and their flow charts are designed, as the same time, using the environment of MATLAB and aiming to solve the difficult problem inimplementation of the system algorithm, each algorithm is realized in MATLAB code toprovide algorithms for below Web metrics system.Lastly, design and implement FPMD’s metric platform based on Web technique.Algorithms which are implemented in the previous chapter are embeded in the system,and then build the metric model; By measuring examples, verifies the effectiveness of themodel and availability of the system.
