To ensure the quality of flexible software, reduce the manipulation difficulty of software flexible points, and for the convenience of user controlling flexible software,this dissertation references some software quality metrics models, such as McCall, Boehm and ISO9126 etc and set up a difficulty manipulation measurement model of user-oriented software flexible points which takes flexible points as core elements.Firstly, analyzing the basic theory of software metrics, which includes the definition of software metrics and the construction method of measurement model and describing the related theory about fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process in detail.Secondly, through analyzing the definition of software flexibility, this dissertation addresses the definition of user-oriented software flexible points, summarizes the characteristic of software flexible points, proposes the methods of the identification and confirmation of flexible points, and classifies flexible points into four kinds. With the information above, we establish a difficulty manipulation measurement model of user-oriented software flexible points which takes flexible points as a core element. This model displays the difficulty manipulation measurement process and the main targets of user-oriented software flexible points'metrics.Thirdly, this dissertation analyzes flexible point's difficulty manipulation in depth and proposes a difficulty manipulation measurement model for different flexible points, gives out a target weights which makes use of the experience of experts and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and measures flexible points'manipulation difficulty using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method .Finally, by taking one flexible point in Microsoft Excel 2003 as the example and analyzing interface flexible point's characteristic, we display that the different flexible point's measurement model, measurement process and measurement methods is correct and useful, the model of user-oriented software flexible points is valid.
