With the development of the times, the continuous consumption and recycling, thedevelopment of enterprises is particularly raw fuel restrictions, so the scientificmanagement of energy has become the more and more urgent problems to be solved.Using the method of information management will be improved to enterprise resources,effective use of energy consumption to reduce costs, improve labor productivity, is thenecessary means of quantitative management. This dissertation takes energy managementsystem as the research direction, mainly introduces the purpose and necessity of energyproject implementation and the iron and steel enterprise how to use advanced informationmethods and tools to develop the energy management system suitable for this companyneeds to achieve the goal of fine management.This article first discusses the development situation of domestic iron and steelindustry energy management in our country, analyses the characteristics of energymanagement information, discussed the significance of topics and aim, researchbackground and the main research content.Secondly, this paper expounds on the energy management information systemimplementation process, the main methods and key technology. In the requirementsanalysis phase, through the research of the demand for companies, the collection of userview for requirements analysis. In interface design phase, use the WebService method. Inthe frame design phase, it analyses the advantages of the B/S and C/S mixed mode and theapplication in this system. In the detailed design stage, it illustrates the basic function andthe content of the advanced features of the detailed design report and application. In theCode and system implementation stage, template was introduced to the codingimplementation phase, development mode, and expounds the principles of programmingspecification, and system test.Finally, in this paper, the various key technologies used in the project and theinnovation points in has carried on the detailed introduction, such as the access controltechnology, the integration of Ampla application and innovation with other platform.From two aspects of social and economic benefits of the project benefit is analyzed.
