The development of system energy conservation for iron-steel enterprise is reviewed generally. The influence of energy flow and mass flow to iron-steel enterprise is studied, according to the energy intensity and characteristic of iron-steel enterprise. The connection and influence between production and energy intensity are concretely researched. and exploited the VB 6.0 software packages of eyeable to program the system of energy information management software, and established the data management flat of energy.Applied this software to analyse the influence of mass flow to energy consume.Being found out each mass flow's factor in craft to the regulation that energy consume influences the size, in the production for economize on energy a counterplan to provide instruction.Firstly, mass flow model is set up, based o n the concept of standard material flow. Unit process model is carried out to analyze the complicated system of iron-steel ente rprise in an easy way.The connection between unit and unit, process and process, uni t and process, as well as different type of mass flows is analyzed in detail with mate rial balance theory. According to the characteristics of iron-steel enterprise and material flow system, as well as the balances among energy,user and environment, establishing the software of System of Information Administrator and Analysis of Iron and Steel Enterprise.it realizes that the datas input,query,analyse and forecast,etc.the software is based in the model of product's balance,and calculates,query,analyse,forecast to the instance. It restricts with purchasing the material,producting and conversing the energy,consuming the energy for iron-steel enterprise each other,in order to rationalize the optimization of production and the retionalization of the structure of energy.Finally, With the energy devotion of 2005-2006 years of the An-shan Iron and Steel Inc.for research object,I get up the economy energy work of the iron and steel enterprise and the economic performance contact of the business enterprise, pass the business enterprise energy management the analysis system software cost and the work preface energy cost to carry on statistics to the product energy of the saddle mountain steel each work of group preface,calculation, and take this as foundation, from the craft process,the energy data management and search,the energy cost estimate,the material circulate of energy management etc. a few aspects to the product energy cost and the ton steel energy cost of the influence carried on analysis.The calculation example indicates:[1] The problem of mass flow is a key problem in the iron-steel production process, is biggest to the steel enterprise and so much as the energy consume influence of the iron-steel industry,have to cause a recognition.[2] The fundamental mass flow chart of iron and steel corporation is foundation that the quantitative analysis is the problem of complicated mass flow in the iron and steel production process.The quantitatived compared it with the actual mass flow char,may very clearly analyse mass flow to the influence of energy consume.[3] In the iron and steel production process, every from the external world to the the intermediate procedure contains Fe,in which must be advantageous to economy energy necessarily, and economy energy of the production process is more and more prominent after department;Every from a certain production process exports to the environment or return production process of the upper stream to rehandle to contain the material of Fe, which must be enlarging the economy energy of production process and the real object yield of production process of the upper stream,thereby enlarging the consume of ton material, and it is more and more much after department;Any process interiorly and circularly uses to contain the material of Fe, making this production process be able to consume aggrandizement necessarily.[4] It is the right evaluation the target that iron and steel production process consume the energy should be an end product to energy consume, namely the energy consume of ton material, not the energy consume of ton steel(comprehensive).The premise of this target continuing to use the energy consume of ton steel under, each enterprise is having emphases to aim at individual process to analyse the energy consume of ton material, having benefit to the decision maker necessarily..
