Since the reform and opening up, China’s most periods are in the situation of energy supply, energy products increased productivity, security of supply has been a major task of the energy work. China’s economic growth is more extensive in the lower level of production technology conditions, relying solely on an increase in volume of production factors to improve the yield or value. This economic development is largely relying on high input, high consumption of energy resources to pull even at the expense of the environment for the development of a cost, which severely limits the implementation of China’s sustainable development strategy. Therefore, the state proposed the creation of a resource-saving economic and social development goals. So how through the use of information technology tools in the context of the maximum savings of energy inputs, improve energy efficiency, reduce energy costs while maximizing benefits and social responsibility, corporate targets in recent years in pursuit.This paper outlines the research and design of enterprise energy management systems. F First, a detailed analysis of energy companies in the energy management of information technology in business requirements, conduct business is divided from the leader, middle managers and professionals working in the perspective of the foundation.
