Iron and steel enterprises energy equipment management related to the enterprise production cost and product quality, enterprise management of energy equipment technology directly determine enterprise’s management effect. However, the current energy equipment management work still exist some equipment incomplete information is recorded, equipment failure processing efficiency is low, equipment maintenance is not seasonable vulnerabilities. In today’s information technologies in the field of business management popularization, energy equipment than the management of urgent need with the use of information technology to build a more perfect energy equipment management system.This paper takes River Steel Group Steel Company energy equipment management work of the research object, using object-oriented analysis method of energy equipment management system in-depth research and analysis. The paper first analyzes the management system of energy equipment business needs in energy equipment analysis work based on the business process, aiming at the shortage of the original in the process of energy management, equipment management process optimization, to determine the main division of management system of energy equipment for the basic information management of equipment fault management, energy equipment, energy equipment maintenance management, management of scrap energy equipment, energy equipment inventory management and system management of six modules. Then, according to the energy equipment management process optimization analysis the management system, energy equipment functions were analyzed by participants and case analysis system, understand and use. Corresponding system module, and the overall functionality of the system package subgraphs and function package diagram analysis. Then, according to the function of the energy equipment management system analysis, class and entities involved in the functions of the system were analyzed, including system control class relations, the system each function to the relationship between corresponding thumbnail class diagram and entity class, and design corresponding to the entities of the system database table. Finally, to complete the work of this paper are summarized, and the follow-up research.Information of energy equipment management system can not only improve the timeliness and effectiveness of the equipment management of iron and steel enterprises, but also can improve the production efficiency and economic benefit of enterprise, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, promote the development of the national economy.
