At present, energy problem has become an important problem in the world whileenergy situation of the world is more and more serious. Energy field has become oneof global important research fields of science and technology. Energy consumptionper ton steel of iron and steel enterprises in China’s is much higher than the worldadvanced level. In our country, it is particularly in the performance of industrialenergy saving. The energy consumption of steel industry accounted for about13%-15%of the total, the energy consumption of the whole level is about10%higherthan the world’s advanced level. At the same time, iron and steel enterprises are thehigh energy consumption and high pollution industries. The production of improperarrangement will cause a lot of energy emission and pollution emissions and it willalso result in the waste of energy and low energy efficiency. Obviously, the traditionalmodel of energy management in iron and steel enterprise has not suited to the need oflarge-scale, high efficiency and intense competition; what’s more it also cannot meetthe national long-term planning requirements. As the state of contradiction of energysupply and demand expansion, strengthen of environmental protection policy and theiron and steel enterprises in the fierce competition market constantly optimize andreduce the production, Energy-saving is enhanced to the strategic position. The energymanagement information system (EMIS) bound for China Iron and steel enterpriseenergy management will be the inevitable choice of mode.With the rapid development of information technology, the informationtechnology accelerates the development speed of energy-saving, energy-saving andemission reduction. Professor Watson puts forward energy information after years ofstudy. Energy information emphasizes the role of information and focuses on analysis,design and Implementation about the system to improve the efficiency of energysupply and demand system. And it also focuses on how to utilize the informationsystem to reduce energy consumption. This information is of great guidingsignificance to energy saving method.The paper bases on the construction of energy management information system iniron and steel enterprise and combines with the energy information which is a newtheoretical framework.Meanwhile the paper through the analysis of the flow network,sensor network and the induction body and on the basis of the analysis of iron and steel enterprise production process and the energy consumption of iron and steelenterprise to construct energy management model of iron and steel enterprise from theperspective of energy information.The paper combines with GT steel enterprise energy management status andanalyses energy management problems and the possibility of energy-saving of ironand steel enterprise. The system will link the iron and steel enterprises subsystems bymeans of data exchange, and information coupling mechanisms. It regardsinformation system as the center to design sensor network and flow network to realizethe integration and optimization of the energy system. As a result it can further reduceenergy consumption and improve energy efficiency, it will ensure that the iron andsteel enterprises waste minimization in the process of the use of energy and reduceoperating costs to achieve energy-saving emission reduction and protect environment.And it will provide a theoretical reference for the theoretical researchers and the ironand steel enterprise sustainable development.
