As is known to all, large-scale iron and steel enterprises have been long-term affectedby the negative effects of the economic losses and environmental pollution caused by highenergy consumption. At present, the work of energy conservation and emissions reductionis carried out in the domestic iron and steel enterprises actively. However, from thestatistical data provided by Steel Enterprises Association, compared with foreign advancedtechnology, energy costs of per ton finished steel of domestic enterprises is110%.Therefore, scattered extensive energy management mode, low efficiency of the schedulingsystem can’t meet the requirement of the modern production. Iron and steel enterprisesenergy system structure is complex, there are many different kinds of energy medium, anddifferent degree of correlation between each medium. Therefore, how to make efficientand reasonable use of all kinds of energy, improve the efficiency of energy utilization,become one of the important problems to be solved in the iron and steel enterprises.In this paper, energy cost architecture and demand are researched in the view ofsystem engineering. Combined with the status of system energy conservation theory andtechnology research at home and abroad, energy costs data correction model is putforward. Gross errors can be excluded and random errors can be adjusted by this model.On the basis of supply and demand forecast model, the overall optimization schedulingmodel is put forward. The system implementation and Overall design scheme of thesystem are introduced, for example, power load forecasting. Data flow, database design,software and hardware system structure, etc in this system are studied. And its keytechnology under B/S architecture is analyzed.To a certain degree, a scientific basis is provided for enterprise energy managementby the solutions of energy cost introduced in this paper. Effective energy conservation areachieved in the system and it has a great significance on such system development.
