Nonferrous metals enterprises are the high energy consumption enterprises, with the rising price of energy and the performing of energy saving policy, one non-ferrous enterprise in Foshan City which is one of the energy consumption supervision enterprises by Guangdong Province government must work hard to save energy and reduce emission. The developing of energy management system is an important action to implement energy-saving emission. Taking this enterprise as a research object, this article researches energy management system which suits to non-ferrous enterprises.Based on comprehending of the current research status and development tendency of domestic and foreign energy management system, this article present an energy management system structure and its implementation for one non-ferrous enterprise referenced other mature energy management system. This system designed with power quality analysis and save energy by management two principles, used VC++and SSH+ExtJS framework technology. Through the installation of the energy data acquisition terminal at site, constructs a real time database of power, water, nitrogen, compressed air and other types of energy information. Based on the database, the software analysis power quality as voltage deviation, three phase unbalance, harmonic waves, power factor. This system implement functions as power quality analysis, user management, energy consumption statistics, energy efficiency standard, equipment load rate and so on. Especially, this article analysis and simulate the impact of harmonic waves to enterprise energy efficiency.The research result of this article is very important to one non-ferrous enterprises, it established a modern energy management system and helps a lot on energy conservation and emission reduction. To other non-ferrous or related enterprises, the research result is a good demonstration.
