After20years of rapid development, China’s fast food industry, the industry hasexpanded rapidly and continuously improve the management level and quality ofservice at the same time, has also long been a maturing consumer market. Thepopularity of the Internet, to provide people with a new&fast information exchangeplatform, to increase the power of choice and space customers of this restaurantconsumer products. The one hand, customers become more demanding; the otherhand, a high degree of competition in the restaurant products, services as well as thedegree of homogeneity of the marketing tools increasingly high restaurant enterpriseedge through product and service differentiation to create valid increasingly short,more and more difficult to create a competitive advantage through marketing tactics.To obtain sustainable development of a competitive advantage in the rapidly changingbusiness environment in order to create a leading management principles, many foodand beverage industry to re-examine the surrounding business environment, andperspective focus falls on the customer relationship management. Therefore, CRMsystem doing my part to become a weapon to improve the competitiveness ofrestaurant customers. The vast majority of food and beverage management companieshave an urgent need for web-based CRM customer management system through theimplementation of applications to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises,standardized management of the restaurant, while striving to improve customersatisfaction with restaurant services.In this paper, Beijing XXX own development and of information technologyof the actual requirements, catering enterprises CRM client system is the basis of theapplication, demand analysis, system architecture, and design and implementationaspects carried out a detailed discussion, at the same time the system design andimplementation by using the key technologies. CRM customer relationshipmanagement system application software in the field of the characteristics describedin detail in the requirements analysis. As the dominant ideology in the outline design,SSH technology framework, designed a three-tier system architecture, and gavedetails of the process and advantages of the various levels. Subsequently do adetailed introduction to the restaurant reported to the realization of the module and themysterious visitor module statements derived from the demand from the class diagramand detailed design. Finally, functional testing, performance testing, security testingand other tests concluded that the system met the design requirements.
