Customer Relationship Management System Based On WEB Analysis, Design And Implementation

For an enterprise, good customer relations are very important. For some marketing-type enterprises, the importance of customer relationships often become more prominent, it can even determine the survival and development of the enterprise and is a huge intangible assets. But now, for the custom relation management, many enterprise are still in a very early stage. Customer relationship of enterprise only be recorded through a notepad or a card holder, and there is no management at all. With the rapid development of computer applications, the application of network continues to expand. It is very necessary to research and develop a customer relationship management system to reduce the burden of the sales staff from the traditional customer relationship management and primary freed to increase their work efficiency. At the same time, a good customer relationship management system can also be archived on the company’s customers and managed it to reduce the risk caused by the loss of client resources when a sales staff had leaved the company. Sometimes the risk maybe broke the enterprise.For this, the custom relation management system is designed for the need of a normal enterprise. The system is required to achieve some functions, such as potential customer, customer account, contact and opportunity, and some daily work of sales staff.(such as task, activity and the message, etc.) The system also can give a real-time massage to the relation staff via e-mail or SMS when the change was happen of the specific customer-related elements. And the system can regularly sent the dashboard and report information to the sales staff or other related-person. In the system design, based on users’demand, we divide the system into the following modules:the module of the management of customer elements, the module of the management of daily work, the module of real-time notify, the module of the dashboard and reports, and the module of the configuration of system which only can be used by system admin.In the development and implementation of the system, we use some open source technologies and some open source software to reduce the development effort and improve the stability and security of system. The final system not only can satisfy the requirement of our company-YCH logistics enterprise, but also get the international promotion of a number of companies via the form of a software product and has been widely praised and have a strong commonality, operability and flexibility.
