Enterprise information construction is the inevitable choice for our country toaccelerate its modernization, nowadays software industry has already become a newgrowth point of our information industry as well as economic development. All kindsof information technology tools have been applied to various fields. To fulfill ourcountry’s recent requirements on water supply enterprise information construction hasbeen considerably developed across the country. It has tended to play an essential role,particularly, in production, management, even updating concepts. Nowadays, efficientwater supply tends to depend on technology instead of the concept and system as itused to be.The article develops a digital water supply platform for Beijing Water Group bycombing, extracting and integrating the different information systems. The purpose isto make it possible for all the departments to share the information available. The newplatform standardized data interface for the different systems existed, and optimizedbusiness processes. With such software as SQL-sever, B/S structure, C/S structure,single sign-on, SOA architecture, middleware, map engine and Super3D, the relateddata got aggregated, analyzed, and displayed in ways of trend curve, sheets, pie charts,bar graphs,3D views, which provides a more scientific support platform for theleadership, and a backing up platform for the staff as well. As a result, Beijing WaterGroup is expected to supply quality water to the capital people, and reach its goal toassure water safety, cost efficiency and improve service.
