At the area in the Downstream Yellow River, there have more water resource but heavypopulation. It lead this area is one of the most wanting water resource area in China. The neededto water resource is more and more big with society and economic growth, so water resourcebecome market-oriented being an inevitable developing trend. But at the present time, watersupply in the Downstream Yellow River has some problems. For example, the water supplyproject is aging, computation equipment is not maturity, and the method of data-collection isantiquated and fall behind. It hinders use of water resource. So we research and design DigitalWater Supply System in the Downstream Yellow River, want to considerate use of waterresource and saving water. We developed the system that named digital water supply system inthe Downstream Yellow River to solve the problem.In this thesis we introduce system development process which use data by ADCP asmeasuring equipment, use SSH as development model. Throw ADCP technology used in theDownstream Yellow River, compared measurement result, analyzed characteristic and operatingmode of ADCP, Base on these, we give the numeration and algorithm, discussed Parametersettings of ADCP in the Downstream Yellow River where are slow Velocity of flow and heavystands. The system concept, characteristic and advantage of the AOP are discussed, andintroduce the development of DataBase, discussed key technology for example Hibernate anSSH model which is used at system.We analyzed the problem in the system development processed, focal point is algorithmcopy and system functional moducles. At last, introduce process an test condition of the digitalwater supply system of backward position in the Yellow River, and analyzed technologyrealization and functional module, contains defect of ADCP, and other faults of the system, lookinto the future with technology and archive methords.
