It is significant and valuable for excellent traditional culture inheritance toimprove national quality, create the learning society and promote Chinese culture of"going globle". Since Web2.0, relying on Internet technology social media has beenemerged, which makes the information in virtual network spread rapidly andprovide an opportunity for cultural communication.In this paper, through effective guidance which makes people consciousness toparticipate in, communicate and learn the excellent traditional culture and at thesame time can form the atmosphere of study and make information spread well, sothat soft power of Chinese cultural can be enhanced.In this background, this article focuses on the media reform we analysed thelearning needs, mode and cognitive psychology. By new mediatechnology.Summarizing the information uptake patterns are moving towards tothe basic reading and listening, micronutrient content of social aggregation andcommunication context of fragments of the direction of evolution, and based on thisquest to college students as the main body of the small investigation and study,from a small side of people’s traditional culture cognition and media usage,certificate in social media as the platform allows for efficient information streamand depth of social communication, so that learning demands of people anddissemination of traditional culture organic integration is feasible. This paper takesa social media as the main ecosystem strategy of dissemination, regardsinterpersonal relationship chain as the core, microcosmic on text design, stimulateparticipation, integration and line to autonomous learning cycle operati on,integration of macroscopic on from the state, the mainstream media and informationservices company strategy. Finally, takes the micro-blog as a platform for designingthe participant observation and interviews to analysis the strategy.
