In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the core of enterprise competitiveness,people are paying more and more attention to its acquisition. As the core of knowledge, tacitknowledge occupies the most, so we can not ignore its importance in the human development.Educational Virtual Community is the product of education development in the informationtimes, it is applied in the field of education more and more widely. In the Educational VirtualCommunity, tacit knowledge sharing and dissemination can promote the development ofcommunity and community members in significant measure.The research thought follows asking, analyzing and solving the problem in this paper.Among them, asking questions: how to promote community members to share tacit knowledgebetter in the Educational Virtual Community; analyzing the problems: explore the factors of tacitknowledge sharing which are affecting Educational Virtual Community members; solving theproblems: put forward some strategies to promote the members sharing tacit knowledge inEducational Virtual Community and implement the strategies. In the creative process of thispaper, the author combs the relevant literature of the theory in the early stage, and analyzes allkinds of factors and implementation effect by using action research method and questionnairesurvey in order to ensure that the research results is scientific and accurate. The research contentincludes the following six parts:The first chapter is the introduction, it mainly introduces background, purpose and meaning,research status and research thought and research methods of the subject. At last, the authorgives a brief introduction to the relevant theory.The second chapter is the analysis of the tacitknowledge sharing in Educational Virtual Community. This chapter introduces the developmentof Educational Virtual Community, makes a definition for the Educational Virtual Community inthis paper, introduces the connotation and classification of the tacit knowledge, introduces theprocesses, measurements and patterns of the tacit knowledge sharing. Then the author comparesthe tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. In the third chapter, the author investigates thecommunity members by preparing the questionnaire, and deals with the obtained data fordescriptive statistics, factor analysis and cluster analysis by using SPSS, and obtains five factorswhich affects the motivation of tacit knowledge sharing in the Educational Virtual Community.These factors are teacher factors, student factors, tacit knowledge factors, environmental factorsand technical factors. For the analysis model in the third chapter, the author put forwards somestrategies to promote the tacit knowledge sharing in the Educational Virtual Community in thefourth chapter.In the fifth chapter, this paper expounds the implementation process about thestrategies of the tacit knowledge sharing, and analyzes the implementation effect.The sixth chapter is the research conclusion and prospect. It includes the conclusions, innovations,limitations and the research prospects.
