With the implementation of the national Ministry of education of China's higher education reform and a series of new initiatives,independent college entered a new historical period,more and more independent colleges began to enter from privatization to completely private to the design stage,the A Institute in Henan has entered this stage as a molecular design.That will have many changes in the school of management,whether it is of itself,or as a school subject teachers will be faced with unknown challenges and opportunities.A perfect performance management system can not only stabilize the contingent of teachers,and promote the healthy development of the teachers,and the prospects for the development of the school plays an important role.For the performance management of the independent college,this paper mainly from the following four parts to elaborate and research.The first part is the introduction,describes the background and significance of the research,analyzes the research situation of performance management of teachers in private independent colleges at home and abroad,summarizes the problems and reasons of the current performance management of teachers in private independent colleges.The second part,namely the second chapter,mainly interprets the basic concepts of the performance management of the independent colleges,and analyzes the main characteristics of the performance management of the Independent Colleges.The third part,namely the third,fourth chapter,A college in Henan as the research object,through the investigation of the qualitative and quantitative analysis,the six problems of the performance management.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,aiming at the above problems,this paper based on the PDCA cycle model,the main research methods of management by objectives,analysis of improvement ideas for more than Henan A college performance management system.According to these ideas,for the performance management plan,guidance,evaluation,feedback,research and design the application of such five aspects,design a relatively effective performance management system.Can be applied to similar A Institute in Henan that good prospects for development,but the majority of the weak link of performance management of private independent colleges.
