More and more kindergartens have been taking English course because of younger age trend in English teaching. In recent years, English course has also entered quite a few kindergartens in Liaoyang. How is the present situation of these kindergartens? What are questions during the English teaching? How to improve these questions? These questions need to know. Therefore, study on the present situation of the English teaching in kindergartens in Liaoyang has practical meaning.By collecting kindergarten English teachers’lesson plans and observing English classroom teaching, this research tries to reveal the present situation of English teaching in kindergartens in Liaoyang. The author summarizes the existence question by analyzing cases. And in this foundation, the author improves some suggestions on kindergartens English teaching. This research concludes four parts:First, the introduction. Try to make an arrangement of kindergartens English teaching’s theories and achievements.Second, reveal the present situation of English teaching in kindergartens in Liaoyang. Through collecting cases of kindergartens English teachers, the author understands the present situation from teaching goal, teaching content, teaching preparation and teaching design. Meanwhile, the author understands the present situation by observing English classroom teaching from teaching methods, teaching link, teacher-child interaction and teaching means.Third, analyze existence questions about the English teaching in kindergartens in Liaoyang. Based on the present situation of English teaching in kindergartens in Liaoyang, the author analyses the existence questions about the English teaching in kindergartens in Liaoyang from teaching goal, teaching content, teaching preparation, teaching design, teaching method, teaching link, teacher-child interaction and teaching means.Fourth, propose some suggestions on improving the English teaching in kindergartens in Liaoyang. Based on the existence questions about the English teaching in kindergartens in Liaoyang, the author gives some suggestions. They include establishing reasonable English teaching goal, choosing appropriate English teaching content, making full physical preparation and mental preparation, considering teaching design, varying teaching method and means, improving the overall quality of teacher-child interaction.
