| Health has been placed an increasing value with the highspeed development in national economics as well as the improvement of social concepts.As an indispensable role in both government system and their families,the female civil servants has to balance between the routines in career and the household stuff.Therefore,the physical condition of them directly influences the social harmony.meanwhile,modern society has focused more attention towards both the mental health and the adaptive capacity of female civil servants,strengthening the awareness of importants in physical exercise is the unique way that improves the living quality of those female civil servants.This research literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,statistics,logic analysis of female civil servants,Liaoyang city sports awareness and status quo of sports behavior were investigated,and analyses it from a sociological point of view,to explore the female civil servant,Liaoyang city sports consciousness and behavior characteristics,trends,and internal rules and to make targeted recommendations.This study mainly consists of two parts: 1 Investigation of behavior and consciousness of Liaoyang city.2,Analysis of the factors affecting the sports awareness and behavior of female civil servants.Results show that:1,Female civil servants,Liaoyang city sports awareness gradually increased,participation in physical exercise the purpose of diversification and gradual enhancement of the initiative,about the efficacy of sport presents a wide range of features,but the level of understanding of physical training methods are relatively shallow,slightly weak sports consumption awareness.2,High frequency of female civil servants taking part in physical exercise,moderate intensity;Majority of low intensity aerobic exercise and low cost of the project,training site has features of nearby,aerobics,yoga and other fashion items also being loved by more and more women,but Liaoyang city sports consumption means more for female civil servants.3,Liaoyang city,economic effects of female civil servants to participate in physical exercise program,venue selection and participation in frequency;Level of education is an important factor in fostering women's sports consciousness is also the main factor influencing the female civil servants,Liaoyang city sports.Women's education and its relationship between sport consciousness and sport behavior Especially,that higher levels of education,higher social class,income would be higher,value Different views of its various sports activities.4,The family is the basic factors affecting women's sports consciousness and behavior,family support or influence the Liaoyang city women's sports participation;In addition,the share of housework for women civil servants the exercise time is important.5,Professional role orientation of female civil servants,Liaoyang city sports consciousness and behavior have far-reaching significance,other women of different administrative levels,exercise in the Institute site selection and interest in sports has a huge difference in Liaoyang city,that female civil servants on occupational roles affect their sports consciousness and behavior change,and restricts its sporting behavior.Made the following recommendations and conclusions recommendations1,Through the medium of the modern high-tech effort in promoting effect of physical exercise on physical health,improving the scientific training methods and correct values of sport and physical culture awareness.2,Improve women civil servants taking part in physical exercise permanent and persistent.Schools are recommended to rich,open sport grounds and facilities for female participation in physical exercise to create a good "hardware" conditions;All enterprises and institutions to be able to establish a good training environment for women to participate in sports activities,strengthening the construction of sports venues,3,Improve urban women's level of education.Education for social development plays a role that cannot be ignored by anyone.By sociological factors,their female level of education of the various sports and lifestyle of domination.Improve women's level of education is to improve women's sports consciousness,important initiatives to promote their sports behavior. |
