All along, the education business, the primary driving force to promote the development of economy and culture of country, is the core strategic position of priority development in our country. With Chinese national strength has increased, people realized that preschool education is very important for our children and even for the development of our country. So people’s requirement of kindergarten environment,teachers’quality has also improved. Kindergartens affiliated to universities is affiliated to the university, comparing with the other kindergartens,its’teachers strength is more abundant, the education scientific research environment is superior, so that they have been paid much attention by the majority of parents.However,the reforming of our country economic system, education system and college logistics socialization caused a certain impact for the kindergarten affiliated to university, at the same time it is also a chance for us to change the old concept of kindergarten kindergarten,to abandon the old system.It also bring new opportunities and challenges.How do kindergartens affiliated to universities to catch the opportunity to be survived in trouble, and how to make use of its unique advantages in the growing social competition?This paper mainly aimed at studying the management system reform of kindergartens affiliated to universities, putting forward the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem, aims to help kindergartens affiliated to universities to boost competitiveness,to give better service status for our children,and the society.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the study of origin and literature review.This part is mainly to summarize previous research by the method of literature analysis, trying to find out shortcomings of the research.Then summarized the origin and the research significance of this research.At the same time this part also the core concepts of this research and the research methods are also described in the system.The second part is the background of the reform of management system for kindergartens affiliated to universities.This part is mainly to study the national education system reform, the college logistics socialization reform from two aspects, and summary the shock and the impact from the reform for kindergartens affiliated to universities.The third part is the empirical research part of the management system reform of kindergartens affiliated to universities.The author selected the three kindergartens which have long history and certain representative as example.I chose interview and questionnaire method to study the management system reform in kindergartens affiliated to universities.The system reform of kindergarten, the internal leadership system reform, the personnel system reform, financial system reform and the influencing factors of management system reform from has carried on the summary analysis.The fourth part is the countermeasure and suggestion for management system reform of kindergartens affiliated to universities, this part mainly summarizes the experience of the past research and the question of present situation of management reform. provide more reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.At last,I try to provide more reasonable countermeasures and Suggestions for management system reform of kindergartens affiliated to universities in three aspects:government, colleges and universities.
