Investigation And Research On Cultivation Of College Students’ Entrepreneurship Psychological Quality

In recent years， employment difficulty of college graduates has become more andmore outstanding， which causes huge pressure on society，college and students. With therapid development of economy and society， there is an urgent need for innovate talent inour country. Under such background， encouraging college students’ self-empolyment hasbecome an inevitable choice complying with the times. For now， however， success rateof self-employment of college students is not high， the key reason for which is thatstudents generally do not equip with necessary psychological quality of entrepreneurs. Soin this paper， investigation and research is conducted on present situation of collegestudents’ entrepreneurial psychological quality， so as to find out and analyze the causes ofexisting problems， and finally to put forward the training strategies of college students’entrepreneurial psychological quality. The author hope that this study would help studentsimprove entrepreneurial psychological quality， offer practical guidance for colleges toimprove the level of entrepreneurship education，and provide theoretical basis for relevantdepartments to formulate preferential policies for college students’ entrepreneurship. Thefull text is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction. The article is mainly elaborated in these areas: researchbackground， research significance， research status at home and abroad， the researchobjectives， research methods， research ideas and the innovation point of this study.The second part is summary of entrepreneurial psychological quality. In this part themeaning of entrepreneurship psychological quality is explained， and four aspects inentrepreneurial psychological quality are described in detail: entrepreneurshipconsciousness， entrepreneurship， entrepreneurial capability and entrepreneurialpersonality， which provides theoretical basis for this study.The third part is the survey of the status quo of college students’ entrepreneurshippsychological quality. First， the design of this survey and study and the basic informationof the object are introduced. Then， according to the results of the questionnaire， thestatus quo of college students’ entrepreneurial psychological quality is analyzed. Finally，the problems of college students’ entrepreneurial psychological quality is emphatically summarized， including lack of entrepreneurial drive and self-confidence， not strongresponsibility consciousness， not strong faith， not high business demand level; in theface of difficulties and pressure， lack of perseverance and perseverance; lack of basicability as management ability， insight and judgment; lack of adventure and innovationspirit， dealing with matters not decisive and deeply enough.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of college students’ insufficiententrepreneurial psychological quality. Combining with the analysis of current situation ofcollege students’ entrepreneurial psychological quality above， the causes of deficiency ofthe college students’ entrepreneurial psychological quality is analyzed from social，school， family and individual four aspects analyses respectively.The fifth part is the countermeasures of the cultivation of the college students’entrepreneurial psychological quality. Corresponding to the reason mentioned in the fourthpart， countermeasures for the cultivation of the college students’ entrepreneurialpsychological quality is put forward from four aspects as society， school， family andindividual.The sixth part is conclusion. The full text main content is summarized， theshortcomings of this study is analyzed， and the following research direction isdetermined.
