A Study On The Cultivation Of Positive Psychological Quality Of College Students In The New Era

As the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics,young college students shoulder the responsibility and mission of national rejuvenation.The cultivation of their positive psychological quality not only affects their own all-round and healthy development,but also helps to achieve the fundamental goal of establishing morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities and help the construction of a harmonious society.Based on the historical background of the new era,drawing lessons from the relevant theories of positive psychology and using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper pays attention to the problems existing in the positive psychological quality of college students and analyzes their causes.this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the cultivation of college students’ positive psychological quality.The article consists of four chapters to study and explore the current situation and cultivation methods of positive psychological quality of college students in the new era.In the first chapter,Introduction.This chapter focuses on the rationality and significance of the topic.After combing the research results of cultivating the positive psychological quality of college students at home and abroad,this paper introduces the research ideas,research methods and innovation,which lays a foundation for the follow-up in-depth and systematic research.In the second chapter,this chapter mainly introduces the relevant theories about the positive psychological quality of college students in the new era.This paper first defines the concept of positive psychological quality,then focuses on the characteristics of positive psychological quality and the significance of the times,and clearly points out the theory on which the research is based.In the third chapter,through questionnaire survey and data statistics,we investigate and analyze the current situation of college students’ positive psychological quality.generally speaking,college students in the new era have positive psychological quality,but some students have certain problems in individual dimensions.after analyzing the causes of the existing problems,they are summarized as the following points.First,colleges and universities have not yet formed a perfect cultivation system.Second,the family needs to create a positive cultivation atmosphere.Third,there is an urgent need for society to build an effective support system.Fourth,college students fail to play a positive subjective initiative.The fourth chapter,according to the research on the main problems and causes of the positive psychological quality of college students in the new era,puts forward the countermeasures for the cultivation of the positive psychological quality of college students in the new era.The first is to give full play to the role of the school’s "main position" and improve the positive cultivation system;the second is to give full play to the role of the family "starter" to create a positive cultivation atmosphere;the third is to give full play to the role of the social "baton" and build a social support system;fourth,we should pay attention to giving full play to the role of personal "processor" to strengthen college students’ self-cultivation consciousness.
