Research On Cultivation Of Undergraduates’ Entrepreneurial Quality

Study on the entrepreneurial qualities of contemporary college students has an important theoretical value and practical significance to further deepen the theoretical research on the cultivation of contemporary college students’ qualities of entrepreneurship,enhance the effectiveness of the cultivation of their qualities of entrepreneurship,improve the talent cultivation mode,promote the realization of healthy,harmonious and comprehensive development of contemporary college students.This paper expounds the main basis for the cultivation of contemporary college students’ entrepreneurial qualities,analyzes the present situation of them,and probes into the countermeasures for the cultivation of the qualities based on the determination and discussion of the scientific connotation and the development of the cultivation of contemporary college students’ quality of entrepreneurship by literature research,questionnaire investigation,quantitative analysis and case analysis method.To define and discuss the meaning and development course of the cultivation of contemporary college students’ entrepreneurial quality is a foundation for the study of it.The contemporary college students’ quality of entrepreneurship cultivation means that cultivators should strive to cultivate contemporary college students’ psychological quality,moral quality,entrepreneurial sense,innovative and entrepreneurial spirit,entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial capacity purposefully and designedly based on inheritance and the need of the society and their own development.This cultivation should take the University as the leading part and make full use of the resources of society,family and so on.Finally,the contemporary college students are trained to be innovative and entrepreneurial talents in accordance with the needs of the state.The development of contemporary college students’ entrepreneurial quality cultivation has gone through three stages.From 1978 to 1996 is the embryonic stage;from 1997 to 2009 is the initial stage;from 2010 to now is the seedtime stage.The main basis of the cultivation of contemporary college students’ entrepreneurial quality includes the theoretical basis,the realistic basis and the policy and regulation basis.The theoretical basis for the cultivation of contemporary college students’ entrepreneurial quality mainly includes: the theory of man’s free and comprehensive development,quality structure model theory,career development theory,Tao Xingzhi’s "life education theory",and so on.The realistic basis for the cultivation of contemporary college students’ entrepreneurial quality is the need to build an innovative country,the inevitable requirement of the popularization stage of higher education,the objective requirement for solving the difficult employment of college students,and the realistic demand for achieving the all-round development of college students.Finally,this paper discusses the policy basis and legal basis of the cultivation of contemporary college students’ entrepreneurial quality respectively.On the one hand,the cultivation of contemporary college students’ entrepreneurial quality has achieved positive results.Firstly,the policies and regulations for the cultivation of College Students’ entrepreneurial qualities are constantly improved;secondly,initial achievements are made in the construction of teaching staff for cultivating entrepreneurial qualities of contemporary college students;thirdly,the degree of integration and coverage of the cultivation of entrepreneurial quality of contemporary college students is not high;fourthly,the construction of practical platform for cultivating entrepreneurial quality of contemporary college students needs to be strengthened.The main reasons for these problems include the following factors: social factors,school factors,family factors and individual factors.The measures to cultivate the entrepreneurial quality of contemporary college students should be explored from four aspects: optimizing the social environment,gaining high value from colleges and universities,creating a good family atmosphere,and enhancing individual qualities.First,in terms of optimizing the social environment,relevant policies should be promulgated to increase implementation;create a social environment and enhance the function of educating people;establish a cooperation model and form a joint effort;establish evaluation mechanism to improve nurture quality.The second is that colleges and universities should attach great importance to strengthen the construction of management system and provide organizational guarantee;pay attention to the construction of the campus environment and improve the hardware facilities;attach importance to the construction of teaching staff and improve the quality of education and teaching;think highly of the construction of the curriculum system and promote the development of professional integration;the incentive mechanism should be established to mobilize the enthusiasm of the participants.The third one is to build the family atmosphere.We should adhere to the healthy concept of education and improve the cognition of children;create a family learning atmosphere and set an good example for the children;to build a harmonious family relationship and provide emotional support for children;inherit and build excellent family instructions and traditions to provide nourishment for children.Fourthly,in the aspect of promotion of individual quality,students should recognize the role of self-education and enhance the subjective initiative of them;to improve the self-education method and to further know about the process of reflection and control;to improve the self-education mechanism and promote the internal contradictions to be effectively transformed;broaden the way of self-education and vigorously carry out social practice.
