Study On The Present Situation And Cultivation Of The University Students' Entrepreneurship Psychological Quality

Good entrepreneurial psychological quality of college students is an important factor in the success of College Students' entrepreneurship.Most successful people have a common characteristic, having strong psychological quality. The losers tend to be blaming themselves when bad things happened to them, who can't stand up to any difficult. To cultivate students' good psychological quality of entrepreneurship is the request of the widespread entrepreneurship and innovation. Second, it's the need of university students'individual development. It is also the need of individual development of college students.This research mainly adopts literature research method, comparative analysis method, summarizing method and network query method, which has refered to a large amount of literature about entrepreneurial quality, psychological quality and psychological quality of entrepreneurial in the process of studying. First of all, defining the related concepts of entrepreneurial psychological quality; Secondly, analysising the necessity of fostering the students' good psychological quality of entrepreneurship. Thirdly, mainly analysising the status of current college students' psychological quality of entrepreneurship. The college students are entrepreneurial consciousness, lacking of entrepreneurship will, being poor psychological adjustment ability and being deficient of the entrepreneurial knowledge and so on. Investigating its reason, both subjective and objective reasons. On the subjective aspect, the university student individual characteristic difference is bigger, on the objective aspect, the school education pertinence is bad, the social approval degree is not high, and the parents is difficult to understand and support and so on. In this paper, based on domestic and foreign students entrepreneurship psychological quality cultivation experience This research put forward the corresponding countermeasures, namely:to strengthen the cultivation of College Students' entrepreneurial spirit and consciousness, strengthen the entrepreneurial personality shaping, improving the ability of psychological adjustment of college students, strengthening students' entrepreneurial knowledge reserves, broaden the College Students entrepreneurship practice channels.In summary, this study of College Students' psychological quality of entrepreneurship systematicly analysis from the pioneering consciousness, psychological adaptation, personality of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial knowledge proposing some new ideas and methods and hoping to provide some theoretical reference for related educators and researchers, and further improve the society of all sectors to the psychological quality of entrepreneurship for college students cultivate the attention, promoting the psychological quality of entrepreneurship education to carry out the implementation, strengthening college students entrepreneurship psychological quality training effectiveness, which makes the college students psychological quality of entrepreneurship has been improved.
